Forgiatura Mame' SPA Founded in 1905, Forgiatura Mame' has progressed throughout this century to become one of the leading manufacturers of open die forgings in Italy based on consistent investment in the most modern plant involved in the production of open die forgings of the highest quality. Production Plant Hydraulic forging presses from 600 tons to 1,700 tons complete with ancillary plant including pre-heat and heat treatment furnaces quenching tanks etc.
Forgings from 400Kg to 10,000Kg including shafts, rings, discs, blocks, forged tubes, pinions and specials to customers drawings. Materials All material whether ingot or forged bloom is purchased from approved suppliers in the vacuum de-gassed condition and includes carbon, alloy and stainless steels, duplex and high nickel superalloys.

ISO 9002 approved All forgings are supplied in the fully tested condition to either international standards or customers own specification and certified to EN 10204 3.1.B. Chemical analysis, metallographic and mechanical testing is carried out in-house in a laboratory equipped with the most up-to-date equipment. Non-destructive testing is performed by fully qualified personnel
